2. Payment & Fees

• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

3. Deliverables & Revisions

• Deliverables, timelines, and included revisions are specified per package.
• Additional revisions or services outside the scope may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Arrange models, props, and locations if required (unless agreed otherwise)
• Ensure legal rights to any materials submitted for use in services

5. Intellectual Property

• All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
• We may use anonymized samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless restricted.
• Copyright of our templates, proprietary tools, and processes remain with The Kontent Hub.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We provide strategies and content with professional care, but do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or revenue.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Services may be canceled before commencement, subject to administrative fees.
• No refunds are issued after work has started.
• Specific package T&Cs may apply (e.g., 3-month minimum contracts).

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your location or as mutually agreed in contracts.

10. Changes to Terms
